Stork Childbirth Education Inc. can help with your corporate or employer required CPR certifications. For a small company, group of nannies, yoga or Pilates teachers, coaches, Scout leaders. Anyone who requires a certification card for their employer, we can train you to feel confident in an emergency.

We teach Heart saver and Basic Life Support CPR formats, as well as can provide First Aid certifications. Certifications are by American Heart Association valid for two years. Our classes are taught by our experienced American Heart instructors and our classes include the AHA videos for home self study. Classes are offered in your home or office, or at one of our teaching locations. 

• Heartsaver® CPR AED teaches adult and child CPR and AED (automatic external defibrillator) use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Class ideal for nannies, au pairs, Scout leaders, new parents, grandparents, lifeguards, babysitters, teachers, coaches, trainers and fitness personnel, airline employees and more.

• Basic Life support (BLS) is an expert level course that trains students to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. At the class completion students will feel confident performing effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with chest compression and ventilation, as well as demonstrate use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). Updated science and education from the new AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
